As a new dog parent and a dog parent to reactive dog, I was overwhelmed!
I was struggling emotionally, felt frustrated and on many occasions, resentful towards my dogs.
If they could just make things easier for me, I wouldn't feel all these things 😫
I also felt so much guilt and shame. I loved my dogs dearly but I was also having a hard time being in love with them 😢

FAQs
How is this different from therapy?
While therapy is focused on helping make sense of unresolved/unconscious patterns of beliefs and behaviours that stem from early experiences, coaching is more present & future focused, with a goal to help you move forward.
As a licensed coach, I can help you with the latter.
If however during the course of our conversations, you feel the need for therapy, I'm happy to recommend therapists that you could work with.
How is this expected to help me?
Coaching can offer you a safe space to share your dog parenting experience, especially the challenging bits. As a coach, I hold no judgement and complete positive regard for your experience. My only goal as a coach is to help you make sense of your experience in a way that feels honest and authentic to you.
Will you be addressing my dog's behaviour challenges in these conversations?
No. These coaching conversations are exclusively for your emotional health & support. For professional help on your dog's behaviours, you will need to book the 1:1 behaviour consultation.
